If, for whatever reason you need to return your items, you have 30 days to do so,
please contact us via the messaging system so that a return can be issued.
If you are returning items because you have changed your mind, you are liable for the return postage.
Items must be returned to us unused and as new as it was when it arrived. Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage.
If an item has fault, please contact us through the messaging system
or by free phone 0800 1690231, and our service team will reply to you within 24 hours.
If found to be a manufacturers fault we will repair, replace or refund.
Refunds are usually processed within a few days of us receiving the returned goods.
We will refund you by the same method as payment (i.e. card, PayPal)
